Stock 12v turn on
Some of the terminals turn off, some stay on. You have to test them to find out which does what you need. I forget which one I used (sunroof maybe).- mjb

I've got a 2008. Assuming they are the same, there is a kick panel on the passenger side of the console that you can remove to show the fuse box. You can then either find a diagram online or use a voltmeter to determine which one would work for you.- mjb

Fuel Line Repair/Replacement

Inconsistent Throttle
hmm, don't know really. But based on my experiences with this kind of behavior in the past, look into the Throttle Position Sensor and see if it is that. -
2010 cobalt radio replacement
Be aware (on the 2008 at least) that putting in the 3rd party radio may disable the "dings" for open doors and headlights left on and blinker clicks. That stuff is all handled through the radio. There is a $100 accessory that you can buy, which is basically a box that produces the tones, but...- mjb

Hum sound while driving
After I got my car, had a "grinding" type sound, thought it was the bearing. Replaced one of them, didn't help. Turned out it was just worn/bad tires. New tires, sound gone. Stay away from the cheap ones, not worth it. I'm running on Pirelli's for 4 years now and still plenty of tread.- mjb

When you say "clutch fluid", I assume you are talking about the hydraulic fluid for the clutch petal? You also should probably check the transmission fluid level, from under the car. Does sound like your clutch is going though, if the car isn't changing speed when the RPMs increase. I had a...- mjb

I have this same problem. At first I kinda thought it was the air conditioning thing, but I have since become convinced that it is leaking when it rains, and to a lesser extent when I wash the car. I have yet to crawl under there to figure out where it is coming from but I suppose I should...- mjb

Water driver floor
I have a similar problem on the passenger side. Haven't really torn into yet to figure it out. I've read that it could be related to the air conditioning drain getting plugged up, though I suspect it is getting in around the windshield somewhere.- mjb

I have a 2008. The door chimes and everything run from the stock radio. You can buy some $99 thing to plug in behind your aftermarket radio to fix it again, but basically they won't work unless you go back to a stock radio with the stock wiring.- mjb
