Inconsistent Throttle

Hey guys. Looking for some help here. I cant figure out why my 2007 SS/SC is doing this. The boost will jump from -20 to -10 to 0 to 5 in any random order with no change in throttle input. It will even do this in cruise control and in neutral, with my foot of the gas, and with the clutch depressed and not. Some things that might be important:
126k miles
New throttle body
New throttle pedal
External temp is 34 degrees F
Its not the gauge because the car actively accelerates.
Please help.

hmm, don't know really. But based on my experiences with this kind of behavior in the past, look into the Throttle Position Sensor and see if it is that.
