Ok so I installed the amps, gotta love that batttery in the trunk, made life much easier for me there, removed the dash parts to get the factory unit out and man it was not fun making the aftermarket deck fit in there, once I got the dash kit in there and wired in the fancy harness and antenna adapter I had an interference issue with the plastic plate hitting the back of the deck it stuck out about an 1.5", The alpine ipod adapter wire was hitting as well. I was not to happy about that so I ended up making clearances with a air body saw in that plastic being carful to not hit anything when I cut a clearance hole. Even with the clearance hole it still was pretty tight in there. But I suceeded in getting it all in and happy and back together. The speakers he had were quite the dealio had thier own little amp boxes and all with tweeters. I could not get the bloody door panels off the manual window cranks have some sort of clip that holds them on that I can't seem to find so if anyone has a how-to on removing the door panel with the manual hand crank let me know. As for the rear deck lid I got all the panels off according to the how-to but I could not get the rear clips to release so I left it rather than break anything and told him to wait till I get more info on that part. Overall I gotta say that this has to be 1 of the more difficult jobs I have had to do for the deck install, I certainly never had that much of a clearance issue when sliding a deck back in like that.
