I <3 my Chevy Cobalt! It's my first car and my baby. Unfortunately I have not had the best experiences with the dealership or any outside mechanics. I'm tired of the bs and I'm coming to this forum to take care of my baby myself.

We value your business as a loyal GM Customer and customer service is a number one priority. Although dealerships are independently owned that's no excuse for poor service. Your feedback is key to GM and dealerships in order to consistently provide excellent customer service.
If you would like to submit a complaint and document past vehicle issues that haven't been resolved, I would be glad to assist. You would need to PM your VIN, current mileage, contact phone, involved dealership and a brief description of what happened.
