though i have known a lot of people through the years that "lurk" around the forums for up to a year or more just reading before they post something.
I would ask why we need to delete them? I know its annoying to have so many, but imagine if you created an accnt, didnt use it for a bit, came back, and it was deleted?

I would say we should go by "Last Visit" date instead...if they dont sign on for maybe....1 yr and have no posts, then lets boot them.

I'm an active member on a couple cobalt forums and a semi active member on a few other cobalt sites (including this one) I like being a member even though I don't always post because I use these sites as a reference when I need to figure something out. If I need to post a question I can, but I usually am able to find whatever answers I need just by looking around enough. These forums serve a couple purposes; as a community where like minded people can get together and chat and share info etc. second it serves as a source of information for us newbs who want to find info for working on our cars. Just because someone isn't an active member doesn't mean that they should be completely deleted as a member...
