Supercharged 2.2

I have a 2007 LT with the 2.2
I want to supercharge it and put a cold air intake on it. My only 2 questions are: if I put a cold air on it will it throw a code? And if I put on a supercharger for a 2.2 will it work properly without throwing codes or ruining something? For both questions, what could I do to prevent issues?

Yes it does. And if it's any help I have a check engine light for my SAI sensor so I'd have to replace that anyway because I've tried cleaning it with no luck (there was moisture in the plug so it's probably fried)

The only CAI to support SAI is K&N. And a supercharger won't play nice with it either.
