Well you replaced the majority of the front suspension so there's a chance you didn't torque something.

Yea, that's what I was thinking, the noise comes from the right strut, I also installed Steering Rack Spacers

Try hitting the center strut bolt again with the impact now that the springs are loaded, mine used to do that on my LT.

I don't have any air tools , I'm gonna have to take the car to some suspension shop.

Yeah, I used it to torque the center nut, and both lower strut nuts. If you are worried about over torquing stuff with it (which I wasnt on those particular bolts) Harbor Freight sells torque extentions, which basically have a clutch that lets go once you reach their specified torque.

Oh and ensure you have impact sockets....I might have broken like.....2 sockets...maybe

harbor frieght for the win i got several torque wrenches angular grinder and shit from them
