Which plugs should I get? NGK or Denso? I'm gunna upgrade tomorrow

And can somebody give me the part #'s for the LNF plugs of NGK and Denso so I know what to look for tomorrow or maybe today if I can convince somebody to get them for me while I'm at work, then id do them tonight

i use the bkr7e's but they're 1 step colder. only a good idea if you're tuned otherwise you'd lose a little throttle response.

the ngk r's that came with the car from the factory on the lsj are pfr61 10g sorry i'm kinda useless when it comes to the lnf.
