we need a local meet/bbq round here...i would host it but i live on base and the super cops wouldnt like that too well

It comes with a full kit.

For our SS bumpers you you can't really use all of the bolts. So I just found a spot under the bumper to mount it to and screwed in two of the screws in to hold it in place. So far so good. Had it for almost a year now.

where do you have yours mounted at? i looked under and found a nice place i could mount it to on either side of the lower grille like this:
