For sure not xrayed, I'm not sure what their exhange policy but I'd be willing to bet they'll want that one before they send you a new one. Unless you talk to somebody cool and they put a hold for the cost of it on your CC until you send them the broke one.

I like that idea of putting that hold on my card. Hopefully they take back the intake with the jb weld I put on it. It took well over 3 months to get the kit over the winter and they should understand that I'm not going to wait like that again.

I decided Im going to let a welder I work with to TIG weld it. Im wondering if its going to be safe to drive it out to his place? Of course driving slow.

Well I got the intake plenum TIG welded and it turned out good. Full boost again!

The weld is starting to crack again. My warranty is probly toast tho.
