It is lowered but only 1 1/2 inches . I don't like bouncing all around town . Cobalts are high as hell out the factory . The old rims was too heavy and slowed me down .

and #2 has 17"
same overall diameter
and (1.6" lowered all around)

yea , wow ! That is low ! How's the ride though couse that's what I was worried about . I mean it looks fucking sick , nice ! Looks like a 3in drop .

but i consider myself still high
but ride is... alot more "stiffer" but still have some comfort

Any lower and you might bust your tranny on a pebble ! Just kidding but I do know some one who busted a tranny on a brick , car was that low .

if i'm goin lower i'm gonna make a skid plate to protect the whole thing
and yeah it looks like 3" but suposed to be 1.6" only
