Yes you can run the tweets off the factory deck but for best sound you will want to amplify them. It is possible to do the 5 channels but to get the most out of it you will want 2 line output converters 1 for the front L and R and 1 for the rear L ans R. That will give you the best sound out of the setup. If I were you I would run it with the amplifier. and LOC does mean line output converter.

if you have components u need to use the crossovers. they should only have one input for off the deck.... a tweeter realistically uses so little power its amazing most of it is wasted in the crossover
