i saw that too but i took it as a typo, stock oems are 9007

Well thank god mine were then. My fogs were like that with the prongs.

Or maybe u put the prongs in the socket backwards

yes its 9007 NOT 9005

like stated, its 9005... Who said this kit was for my cobalt??...

try flipping the positive and negative in the HID harness.I had to do this to 3 sets ive had.For some reason they were reverse polarity.
