CAI or Headers?

So I've already thrown a Tsudo N1 catback exhaust on my 2.2 sedan and am now trying to decide between a cold air intake and headers. Which should I go for and why?

either one. your exhaust will be louder with the exhaust manifold, you'll get better intake flow at higher rpms with the intake, vice versa with the exhaust

Btw it's not headers.
It just header are cars only have one.
