Does anyone have a file for a tune that i could look at and learn from that file so i can tune my car? Im sorta lost at this tuning thing hahaha. Just need to get the basis down

First let me ask this. Without google or other search engines. What is stoichiometric ratio also commonly known as stoich?

What does this pertain to? Not being a dick or anything, im new to this tuning thing and that has to do with the air fuel ratio.
