Get the kit from ZZP have them or a real shop put it on then you wont have any problems. Trifecta should be able to due a safe base tune if you ask for it. But you really should research into what you're doing more. Unless you drive to ZZP and have it all done one fail swoop.- Aikidoshadow

Intercooler question
The filler neck should not show any coolant at the line due to the line being the "hot fill" line. If you check while the pump is running and you see coolant flowing if it meets the line when the car is warmed up then you are good.- Aikidoshadow

your Power enrichment wont kick on until 3850rpms intakes are not as needed as exhausts on the deltas, the stock setup is pretty good. Your torque management is going to rape you on an auto. You wont actually make a "second gear pull"- Aikidoshadow

get the GMSTGII serpentine belt and drop a pulley to around 2.9 Get a dual pass setup and option B for bleeding the coolant. Header 1.75 primaries at at least 2.5 outlet, 2.5" DP (3" if you can) 2.5" catback (so it doesnt get raspy) a 3" intake, 08+SS/TC dampners and pedders springs.- Aikidoshadow

Buying used Redline or ss/sc
Start selling stuff, don't eat out as often, stop spending money, get a basic jobby job. Otherwise... You're going to have to sell it out right being upside down and then get another car. Best of luck becasue that is a daunting task.- Aikidoshadow
