    First off welcome. Secondly, I wouldn't recommend going the cheap route. If you want cheap mods, you'll get a cheap outcome IMO. Probably the cheapest and effective mods would be the most simple ones. Blacking out the bowtie, lights. Maybe plastidip your wheels? lol

    I didn't take the badge off for the back to paint mine. But if you need to, just heat the badge up with a blow dryer or heat gun and get floss and shimmy it back and forth between the trunk and the badge.

    You could use Plasti-Dip or spray paint that you find at the local hardware store. Make sure you buy the correct spray paint for the type of surface you are handling.

    Just paint it because I haven't seen a place (so far) that sells pink emblems. For the front bowtie just unscrew the two bolts holding it on and mask off the chrome with painters tape.

    What about the fuel injectors? Once started, if you are idling low, does it sound like it wants to die out? Or does the needle move around a lot if you're stopped?

    Hmmm, I was going to say the power steering recall but you already did it. Dang, you have 100k on a 05? I only have 59k on my 05. I guess I don't drive that much. lol

    lowering springs

    I put Sportlines on my Balt and it lowered it 2" in the back and 1.5" in the front. Sometimes I wish I was stock height but most of the time I like the stance it gives off.
