You have a problem with the Secondary Air injection valve.

Absolutely 2nd AIV- this is what happens when the air tube or air injection fan/motor is alterered or removed ( I did it on purpose - to try to get rid of extra s*** ) so I had to put it back in on my 2008 balt . Its for emissions , and you cannot test without it. Follow the air tube up to the exhaust manafold , the air injection valve is located there.
