Yesterday the tire pressure monitor light on my 2009 Colbalt LS came on and showed that all my tires were a few psi low. So I put a small amount of air in all the tires and now the monitor shows 2 of the tires have 45 and 48 psi and the other 2 have 8 and 14 psi. All the tires appear to be properly inflated looking at them. I've tried to deflate air from the 2 highest tires and put more in the 2 lowest, but no change shows on the monitor. Could the monitor be malfuctioning? Is this a known problem with the Colbalt? Is there a way to reset the monitor to get proper readings?

It's possible I suppose, re-pair your sensors. Believe there's a how to in the manual.

Thanks, I found it in the maual. Will try it today, if I cant do it my dealer says to bring it in and they will recalibrate it. Apparently it happened when I got the tires rotated the other day and they werent matched up right.
