Hey guys, my front door speakers stopped working so I bought new ones. I took off the door panels and in the drivers side door, behind the speaker, I found these.

They were just kinda sitting there not attached to anything...In other good news, I think I found what makes the rattling sound everytime I shut the door!

Looks line a coil spring of some sort. Take apart the other door and figure out where it goes.

That's a coil spring of a window motor. The 1 that goes up and down. It winds up and unwinds when going up to help reduce stress on the motor. Could also be manual windows.

Did you buy the car used?

Power locks work?

Windows go up and down?

If so trash it Lmao.

 Oops, that was supposed to say ". . .but haven't seen that part of our doors."

It makes rolling the window up easier by hand. You should replace it since that plastic bit is broken.
