Strange Vibration need help

Hey everyone, I have a standard 08 cobalt and I am getting a vibration coming from the front of the car I believe to be on the left side. This vibration has to do with how fast the wheels are moving and nothing to do with RPMs. I have already changed the bearing thinking it was that and it of course wasnt. There is no clicking when I turn the wheels while driving so I don't believe it is the outer CV, I was thinking it may be the inner CV but the vibration is constant to my car moving not to acc/deceleration. What are your guys thoughts on this????

Tire sounds like it's out of balance. Might have tossed a weight.
