spark plug question

Hi experts,
I have Cobalt LS 2008, 62000 miles.
Due to gas drop mileage I decided to change spark plugs.
According to catalog in walmart Autolite AP5263 should fit cobalt LS 2008.
I took out old spark plug and compared to new one. But to me they look a bit different. Can someone have a look at the attached picture and let me know whether I can use new one instead of old?

is the old plug shown on picture needed to be replaced?

Looks fine to me, as long as the gap is correct you're good to go.

what do you think about old spark plug? is it really bad and needs to be replaced or it can be used more?

Hard to tell without holding it, but it looks alright to me.

Not to hijack the thread but have any of you guys used the E3 diamond fire sparkplug?
