It might be flooding.

When it cranks it doesn't even try to run. the guy gave me some sensors that he changed but I have no idea what they are or where they go.

Crank. Cam.oil pressure maybe. Absolute pressure sensor?

Soooooo from Whitby are saying. Its not getting air????? Check the intake throttle valve. Take off the inlet to it and see if it will crank over without restriction

The black plastic on connecting the TB to the air filter? On or off it does the same

It is an electrical issue because previous owner hacked it over fixing it right. It has codes stored. Be great to pull em.

Just pulled the injectors again, and pointed the up in the air and cranked it and it started to run

Try to burn off everything inside the cylinder. Then put the injectors back in. Plugs may be wet

How to I burn everything off?

Crank. Let the plugs spark and it will start to burn off. When its dry enough. Put the injectors in. Also pull the fuel pump fuse so it doesn't make a mess while Ur cranking it.
