should be fine still. u dont hear of 2.2s or 2.4s breaking axles often whether sc'd or tc'd .. someone mentioned to me that they were stronger which would be odd..

but i still think hed be ok

Yeah the only real issue is the auto trans. It can take a beating but not for long.
