By no means should my opinion be a definitive reflection of their site. I just thought i'd share my experience for whatever benefit it may have to the forum. Perhaps their product is just fine and i'm too picky, who knows. I only have myself to blame as i'm the one who assumed all risk of dissatisfaction when making the purchase.
