Well........there sorta is and sorta isn't........u can bet that somebody is being paid off so he is able to sell this product "legally" and that's the part of "free trade" that is BULLSHIT and ppl need to be shot for this kinda ridiculous waste of resources in advertising a product that DOES NOT WORK........I've always wanted to start a TV show about all the products that DO NOT WORK and make fun of them and publicize how worthless the product and the ppl advertising them are, hopefully the general public will LEARN SOMETHING and not waste money on products that DON"T WORK........some ppl should just be shot in the streets and ppl who advertise false products are one of them.
