So, explain the process of a tune. I just need a little more "umph" with my 'balt.

well you'll get it... see with something like a GM stage kit or what I have the Superchips "tune"... you get a canned tune, which is NOT unique for your vehicle, its just a basic "more aggressive than stock" tune... with a dyno tune, a tuner makes changes that are best for your car


because no two cars are the same, you and I can have the same car, the same mods, and live in the same city, but when it comes to tuning, a tuner will have to make unique changes to each vehicle... and usually, we won't dyno the same either
