Noise coming from AC?

My far right air vent makes a strange..squeeking noise sometimes when using the heat/air..it isn't always constant, but when it starts, it wont stop..any ideas to whats causing it?

true my old 91 chevy did same problem thought carbin filter was problem

Its the cheap plastic fan that gm used. Over time it warps and distorts until it contacts the inside of its housing.
I had the same problem on a 1991 explorer, replacing the fan fixed it.
