LT to SS and New guy recommendations

how would i mechanically change my LT to a SS? the turbo version.
Would i just turbo my car? or what all are the differences between them? also if i turbo how many horses am i looking at more? with say 12 psi?

Also what would everyone recommend i do with my 08 cobalt LT (auto)?
I want:

HIDs
Lowered
Spoiler (the ss one)
Turbo
tint windows and add thumps in the trunk

any recommendations?

you will blow your engine the **** up on 12 psi unless you build the block. you have an auto, sell that and go to a manual. turbo is going to cost you at minimum about 2500 bucks.

would 5-8 pounds b alright? and i know i need to go stick but i dont know how yet. Im in the process of learning. Also if i knew how to i would of gotten the ss from the start lol and is 2500 just to get all the parts or is tune included?

Not if the shift patterns are changed. Vince can tune those as I recall.
