my flywheel insert has 105000 km. it is blue spotted all around the insert. today i got a new insert. 2010 was a pain in the ass for huck tranny.

exedy stg1 doesnt work with saturn ion release bearing.
the ''arms'' on the pressure plate are ¼'' lower than stock
the saturn release bearing is ¼'' lower than cobalt release bearing
it is why I was not able to shift properly.

i m now using a custom pressure plate for cavalier. the arm are 0,02'' instead to be 0,250'' for stage 1. that make a huge difference, sorry that me happy:party33:


video to come after my 500 miles of stop and go.

stop and go: drive 500 miles of stop and go to break in the clucht. no more that 50% of load. 500 miles of highway doesnt work. this procedure is to match all four surfaces. flywheel, disc clutch and presssure plate are the 4 surfaces.

after 500 miles of stop and go, i not that happy.

shifting a 5000 rp are very nice
5000+ i get a hesitation

i guess i m still get some air in my hydro line.

when i m in gear with clutch press in, me car go forward at 5000rpm. still air in my line. i need a vacuum gun to bleed properly.

but overall i m happy, i just race a SER spec 09 and it was a pleasure. NO Wr, i mean WR stg minus 2 LOL
