Your car should have the option for RKE, but you're missing the remotes.
You'll need to purchase one and have it added to the car with a Tech2 at a dealership or shop. Remotes are cheap on Amazon or eBay.
The other option might be to turn off the RKE option, which also requires a Tech2 at a dealership or shop.
