how do u refresh your oil %

they keep forgeting to put it back at 100% how can i do this?

turn the car on, hold both DIC buttons, then it'll say reset oil something its the 1st setting, just hold the one that looks like a return arrow down until it says "Acknowledged"

There's another old way to do it too for the cars without a DIC. This is what I recall.

Turn car on.
turn car off
press gas pedal to the floor 3 times quickly
turn car on
light should be out

Pretty sure he already got it changed, just needs to reset the counter.

I figured as much.

Should have looked in your owner's manual. Pretty sure it outlines it in there.

Not true. I reset mine rolling down the interstate once.
