ROB! Hey buddy lol what size tires do you have? I'm running the stock 225 sized Nitto NeoGens. Need to find a stickier tire thats still good in the rain around here.

235/40-18. Goodyear Eagle GT's. Knew I was gonna be doing a shitload of highway miles this year, so I picked up those All-Seasons. Haven't actually had any straight line traction problems with them. Taking corners is where I have noticed them to be lacking.

If you've got the money, the Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 are amazing, but are probably more tire than you'll actually need unless you do some hardcore Auto-Xing.

My next tire will be the Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec's. Amazing tire.

No straight line traction issues with a 400 treadwear rating? Thats astounding, I have straightline issues with my 225/40/18 Nitto NeoGens with a tread rating of 280, cornering on them is amazing though, just with pedders the car has oversteer just a tad.

Just looked at those Direzza tires, probably going to try out a pair of those next in a 235/40.

Yeah, I've very surprised that they don't spin every time that I punch it, but my torque doesn't really hit until 4k... your torque hits hard at like 2k. Haha

And I'll probably be trying the Dunlops out as well. RE-11's are too expensive in our size.

And yeah, about 2k I spin, boost is maxed at 3k so yeah useless 1st gear.

I used a water based warming lube to slip mine on. Makes it a whole lot easier if you just measure the top and bottom coils with a caliper. Smaller one goes on the top.

I told OTTP about this shit...can't believe they haven't brought it up to pedders...I ran into the same problem when we did interview's install...we had to dremel the side of the bumpstop...I told fast98 about this...he never responded...it's a bad design man...nothing ur doing wrong...we tried it on both side with interviews...neither worked

Install is NOT hard.

Be smarter than the springs.
