Blower motor has low volume or air coming out of ducts.

I have done the obvious and removed the cabin filter which was dirty with no effect.
However when the door for the cabin filter is left open the air volume increases equal to my other cars. .
I am thinking the air intake for the heat AC is obstructed does any one where inside the cabin the intake is.

Air intake for the HVAC is under the plastic grill between the hood and windshield.

re: heat ac blower

May be what is happening is normal for this car. The air volume loss only happens when the cabin air recycle function is used.

I'm not sure where the recycle intake is at. It's possible your directional controls aren't opening the interior intake after closing the exterior one. The lower dash holds all the HVAC equipment.

Problem solved.
The foam seal on the recycle door came loose and was blocking the air duct.
