Engine swap

I've got an 08 Cobalt with a non running 2.2 NT7 engine. I recently had a running 09 Cobalt given to me with a 2.2 NU6. What needs to be done, if at all possible, to use the NU6 engine in the 08? Any suggestions would be helpful.

First off, are the two cars the same body styles and option levels ?
Second, does the engine from the donor car have any major problems that would make a swap non cost effective ?

If all else matches, You would want to keep the ECM from the donor car with the same motor, the body control module may need reprogramming to accept the donor engine & ECM. And you may want to keep the transmission & Trans Control Module from the donor car with the engine.
