cig light not working?

my friend plug in a cig plug to light up his cig and i wanted to charge my phone and both cig doesn't work anymore.....noob question but is there a fuse? or do i have to replace the cig socket? just want to know that all =D

The fuse is in the fuse panel under the hood.
