Just take it to a shop and let them look at it.
not to bring back an old post or anything, but i had the same problem. every stop sign and stop light, my car stalled. it was embarrassing starting my car every single time i stopped. i got it checked out and it my was my throttle body. it just needed cleaned and reset. costed me like $15 under the table at the dodge garage .

Id say it was your plugs, my buddys old sunfire was doing this a bit ago and new plugs fixed her up
But ya plugs are a reallly really easy swap, it takes like 10mins and under 15$
