It's right next to the fuel pump fuse. A missing fuse is a lot easier to see than a moved relay.

exactly..the owner sounds like that boy doesn't know much about it so that would be the easiest option..anyways it doesn't matter now he's got his ideas so lets let this thread die..
A city 15 year old no, unless he's really into cars no. But the OP didn't state if this kid was mechanically savvy. So I suggested the method that baffled 2 24y/o for 6 hours. Cause I know that works
