That was my thought. I may be doing this all wrong lol. I am supposed to check for less than 5ohm between the ignition coil plug (purple wire) and pin #55 on the x1 connector? If that's correct I get 0ohm and no continuity between them.

You just said you got .5ohm a couple posts up.
If you don't have continuity then that wire is broken somewhere.
That's a genius use for safety pins.

0.0 is different than --0.0 on purple. Yeah thanks. When I saw the size of the holes I would be probing it sorta just came to me.
