My cobaly has developed a noise I can only describe as an airplane engine. It does not change when turning only on slowing down this developed very qiuckly I checked suspension tires are new and balanced any ideas ? Thank you

Edit: I thought it said it happens when turning. I was going to suggest a bearing. my bad. Probably not a bearing.
Are you saying this happens only when slowing down? Is your foot on the brake? Or just coasting?
