Not 100% sure yet if it is the head or just the gasket, but it's toast. Wondering if anyone has any connections for a new head?
Also, if it is the head and I have no luck finding a used one ... how hard would it be to swap the engine out all together to the 2.0T?

very hard for a direct injected head :p but if your headgasket is gone, you do need to take your head to get checked, it could be warped, also you'll have to get the block checked aswell

well the valve guides cost approx 70-100 to replace

id suppose i would let it go with a full valve train in it for 150 plus shipping obo or stripped for 100 plus shipping obo

hmmmm so its shaved .20 over more then stock, what kind of compression ratio would that end up yielding

was done at an AWESOME shop here, same one that build the heads for the SSC Supercar.
