08 LT will not start

Hi everyone, I have a 08 LT 2.2. It was previously damaged in the flood here in Houston and insurance refused to total out the car. A longblock was ordered and ran fine for over a month. Last week ran some errands, filled up with gas and the car will not start. Had to push it back to my apt.

Today I tried replacing the starter, and starter still does not engage, which makes me think the old one was fine.

When I turn the key, the BCM clicks, and will not start in park or neutral. Battery terminals are tight, all is plugged in. I'm at a loss for patience with this car it's been nothing but problems since I got it, just want to get it running and trade it in.

I'd try wiggling the wires at the BCM.

I have 2010 that wouldn't start when below freezing, dealer was able to wiggle the wires to get it to start, had to replace it. If yours got wet I would have though it should have been replaced.
