06 2.2 ticky and grindy noise on start up

Honestly I'm not sure, I'm sure there's a motor oil additive that can break that stuff up but it might just be time for a rebuild on the motor anyways before you start hitting things like damaged crank bearings.

in that case ill probably just drive it untill it blows then just put another one in
