seatbelts need replacement...thats the only fix for them...for the sensors...if airbags did not go off...there must be an issue with the airbag system and it needs to get serviced....you will need a tech 2 and CANdi module to retrieve the codes from the airbag module and figuere out wat the...
this is the first i hear about this happening on cobalts...do you live in an area where cars corrode alot? if so def check all connections to the charging system...alternator and such. if they are not loose...take them off anyway and do some cleaning with a wire brush and some corrosive...

i have both installed....i havent really hooked up the truboost yet but its mounted...so ill see how it goes...i was going to do the work today but...im a bit lazy and all my tools are at work right now...i really dont feel like going to work right now on my day off
a 2 foot breaker bar and 2 torx sockets later...i was able to get it off.

i have a manual boost controller that is in great shape....i actually just bought a truboost...shot me an offer on the MBC...its good for about 35psi...i used it on my saab for a few months at 23psi with no issues...it has a lifetime warranty and its just sitting in my garage right now

for my gt28....i cut my old t3 flange and had a t25 flange welded on...it was cast steel so nobody wanted to weld on it so i had to go to a specialist and it cost me $80 and and hour for him to finish...best welding ive ever seen
it took a while to change mine out...ive heard of people fighting with it for a few days...it took me 30 mins to change it out....i think its funny how some of these filters get stuck on the couplers...you just have to man handle it and at the same time be careful not to brake the lines
