ya when i was at shag one of my buddies at a body shop got a mirror off an older grand am and the lens' (which is what i was after) are exactly the same as the cobalts. same thing with the bulbs. i tried those as well.

yes it is recommended that when doing anything that involves part replacement or addition to your steering components an alignment check be performed and if needed an alignment. and if your car is pulling to one side either you have a flat tire, your alignment is out or your on a road with a slope
they are more necessary for a car that is lowered. lowering your car alters your vehicles steering geometery causing bump steer. installing these spacers brings your steering rack back in the (stock height equal if you will) so that your tie rod ends and your steering rack are at the correct...
hard to say. could go either way, it'll look either really great or really shitty. but i say it doesn't hurt to give it a shot. i've got a few things i've been dying to do for a while. just haven't had the time or the money for supplies.
