Born & Raised Phoenix, Arizona. Traveled outside the State’s as well, outside the country and overseas. My Cobalt is 2008 Black Coupe 2.2 LS Manual transmission. 145,000 miles. Replaced the inner and outer bell housing seals for the transmission twice. Started getting low power mode and power steering on the dashboard. Along with the no cranking no turn over. Til I watched a YouTube video placing a wire to the ECU and to the chassis that took care of that til later on and found that the bundle of wires close to the starter the wiring harness was shorting out. I just carefully straightened the wires and cleaned them out. But I must still have a ground issue. Because now my speedometer, my gas gauge, my trunk release button do not work and seldomly my RPMs will quit working. Also along with the fuel tank it takes a long time to fill I have to carefully pull the gas pump or it fills quickly from the filler neck and the most I can put in is close to four gallons. I don’t know if it’s a air pocket. I just found some data that it could be evap vent that could be clogged that by the gas tank?
