Thanks to all who replied. I went ahead and ordered the Standard Motors Products TMP45RA sensor from Rock Auto. The sensor arrived today and I picked it up and drove to the auto repair shop. I let the guys there remove my tires from the rims and put the tires back on the rims. They charge me $20 for this. With the tire removed from the rim, I drove home and removed the old sensor. I unscrewed the sensor body from the stem and then pulled the stem off the rim. This took less than 5 minutes. I removed the valve from the new sensor stem and pulled the stem and sensor onto the rim. I drove back to the shop and the guy put the tire back on the rim. I drove home and relearned all four tires.
The yellow tire icon is off and all four tires are displaying 30 psi or so. I suspect the right front tire sensor is failing so I will probably have to do all this again. The total cost was $47.50.
I forgot to mention that the original sensor is a Schrader.
