P0520 is an oil pressure code. Basically your engine is running dry. Check your oil level.

P1516: throttle actuator control (TAC) module throttle actuator position performance.
Basically your throttle pedal isn't reading correctly.

Thanks for your response, Is it harmful for the car to drive it with this malfunction?

my oil level is fine and actually the check engine did not turn on for this code P0520 because I have had this error for a long time without the check engine to turn on but it seems the other code P1516 is the reason for the check engine sign.

Oil pressure is a huge problem if it's not working. The other one isn't a harmful one.
