I have a 09 Cobalt LT and the blower motor quit. I hit the motor to check for bad brushes and no luck. I checked the resistor pack and no luck. All the fuses are relays are good. I then went and pulled up on the red cap for the + boost post on the underhood fuse box and the blower kicked in!!!

Where should i go from here? Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks
Mike

P.S. As you can already tell i am mechanically inclined, i just dont want to yank a fuse box out not knowing what im getting into due to a daily driver car.

Sounds like you've got a weak connection under there. It's pretty simple on the underside.
