I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt 2.2L that I rebuilt the head a few months back and now I find that the crank is scored, the crankshaft bearings are shot & the Piston Pin Bushing are shot as well. Which year 2.2L blocks will interchange with this 2006 as I just want to exchange this complete block with one that has less miles on it? Pull a part has them for under $200 The information on the web is unclear of the years that will work! Have also tried to find what other vehicles & year with the 2.2L engine will work, but the info again is difficult to find! Thank you for your time and any information!
